Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj received in a meeting representatives of the Indo-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Anil Mishra, representative of the Indian business community and Valdet Xhemajli, chairman of the Indo-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, with whom he discussed the current developments in the country and the possibility of increasing economic cooperation between the two countries.

Prime Minister Haradinaj has informed the representatives of the Indo-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, as a priority of the Government of Kosovo, the steps taken to create facilities for businesses that invest in Kosovo, through legislation, the creation of free economic zones, and the Law on Strategic Investments which creates suitable conditions for potential foreign investors.

During the meeting, according to the media release, Prime Minister Haradinaj said that the Republic of Kosovo welcomes foreign investments that promote economic development and the creation of new jobs.

Welcoming investments from India, Prime Minister Haradinaj said that the Government of Kosovo will be a partner of investors, entrepreneurs, and the private sector in general.

Representatives of the Indo-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Anil Mishra, representative of the Indian business community and Valdet Xhemajli, chairman of the Indo-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, thanked Prime Minister Haradinaj for the reception and informed him of their activities, saying that this Chamber will be connecting bridge between Indian and Kosovar businesses.
